Background
Barry Coleman is an Organization Development consultant specializing in training, design and
facilitation, coaching, diversity and inclusion management, and leadership development. Barry
has more than 25 years of experience and has earned an excellent reputation as a strategic
human capital professional. Barry is an ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialed
Leadership/Executive Coach (ACC level). He has experience in a broad range of industries,
including government, publishing, financial services, insurance, and labor unions. Barry’s
career has included roles as a Sales Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Human Resource,
Learning and Development Manager, as well as a business partner to several departments.
Having been in various positions throughout his career has enabled him to work
collaboratively and empathetically with leaders.

measurable results. His approach to coaching is what makes him effective in helping his clients
achieve their goals. As a constant collaborator and partner with coaching clients, Barry aims to

is a strategic coach who offers practical applications to help overcome both simple and
complex organizational challenges.
His passion is working with all levels of leadership to develop a growth mindset for success. An
integral part of his coaching practice involves helping them understand and build the skills
needed for a successful and effective management career. Barry takes pride in developing

In addition to his years of experience as a human resource and organization development
leader in the private sector, Barry has over 1500 hours of Leadership, Executive, and
Professional coaching from both the private and public sectors. In addition to coaching, Barry
