Background 

Barry Coleman is an Organization Development consultant specializing in training, design and facilitation, coaching, diversity and inclusion management, and leadership development. Barry has more than 25 years of experience and has earned an excellent reputation as a strategic human capital professional. Barry is a Leadership/Executive Coach, with the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. He has experience in a broad range of industries, including government, publishing, financial services, insurance, and labor unions. Barry’s career has included roles as a Sales Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Human Resource, Learning and Development Manager, as well as a business partner to several departments. Having been in various positions throughout his career has enabled him to work collaboratively and empathetically with leaders.
